Happy Spring!

Ok, so I know it's been ages since I last wrote a blog entry, but I have tons of excuses to explain!
First of all, I was getting my application to the Trent Concurrent Education Program ready to send off to Canada, just in the nick of time! (Thanks for mucho help mom and dad!!) And then, there were 4 of us teachers sharing this one computer, so it is quite hard to find time during ciesta (which is the only time we get internet) to use the computer because we're all fighting over it! (Not actually...) And I feel bad always asking Lauren for her computer, besides.

So, now I'm here again, and I will try and remember most of the things that I've been meaning to write for the past couple of weeks. But I'm sure I'll forget a lot. And, soon I will be kicked off the internet, because the store across the street will be closing for ciesta. SO, I must hurry!!!

Ok, so the past few weekends have included a trip to Zamora to eat at the greatest restaurant in Michoacan (and maybe even Mexico!!!) in my opinion. It's translated to "The Pink Panther" and they have this DELICIOUS meat soup. It's really spicy, and you add limes and they give you freshly made hot tortillas, and avacados. I've now been there twice. Damien and I also looked around at the different cathedrals, and this time I took some pictures, so I will be sure to load those onto my photo sight as soon as I get a chance. Last weekend we stuck around home and enjoyed a 3-day weekend. We walked to the next town over, along a trail, and climbed up a HUGE hill that was covered in giant old cactuses. It was a beautiful day (as they all seem to be.)

haha... you won't believe this, one of the other teachers just came and asked me if she could get on the computer before it shuts down... the story of my life. And she needs it for school, so I don't really think my blog comes before that. So... I guess I will have to try again some other time...

Anyway, the news I guess, is that I have a parasite, but I think I'm getting better, because my stomach doesn't hurt anymore like it used to. I'll talk to the aruvedic doctor that I went to see, and ask him if he thinks it's gone, or if I should try and do something more about it. I've been drinking chlorphyll water, and it seems to be really improving my health overall!!

Alright, well at least you know I'm alive, and doing well.

Love to y'all!!!
Hanah.
